Policy research and study
Policy research examines Swiss problems, original sources and Chinese development experience. The work produces documented proposals, reading material and reasoned assessments. Working groups should have a defined question, an editorial contact and a way to present findings for discussion. Research responsibilities do not imply endorsement of every outside source consulted.
Party administration and members
Party administration receives membership correspondence, maintains the working records required for party business and directs requests to the responsible team. Member information is handled for a stated purpose. Access should be limited to those who need it for their task. A member should be able to identify the contact responsible for a request.
Publications and outside contact
Editorial work checks the wording, sources, translations and links of public material. Press contact receives interview requests; research and international contact receives proposals for substantive exchange. Financial correspondence is kept separate from political editing. The contact page provides the address appropriate to each purpose.
