Explain the subject
Give your name, an address for a reply and a clear subject. For a question about a document, include its title and the passage concerned. For an exchange request, state the proposed topic and the participants’ roles. If your message has a practical deadline, explain the reason without including unnecessary personal information.
Editorial questions
Editorial correspondence can identify an inaccurate fact, a source that should be considered, a translation problem or an unclear link. State the page and passage concerned and provide a short explanation. Material for publication should identify its author and sources. The Party decides separately whether a submitted contribution is suitable for publication.
Information in your message
Provide only information needed for the request. Correspondence is directed to the team handling the matter and should not be published without a separate decision. A membership request, a policy contribution and a subscription are different purposes. You can ask about information concerning you, request a correction or ask for correspondence or a subscription to end.
Write to the Party
The information you provide is used to handle this request. Submission does not constitute membership or permission to publish your contribution.
